TierraCast is renowned word wide for their excellent pewter beads and findings. Each piece is made out of a high quality pewter alloy called Britannia which is so safe that you can eat using it.
This is the same pewter which is commonly used to make eating utensils. TierraCast uses materials that exceed the FDA quality standards and CPSP policy for children's jewelry which makes them safe for your children.

There are a 3 finishes availablee, antique silver and antique rhodium finishes, electroplated with fine silver and rhodium (the wonderful tarnish-resistant member of the platinum family of metals.) Sterling silver users will find that the TierraCast products can be worked seamlessly into their sterling designs. For the gold lovers, there is antique gold (plated with 22 karat gold) and for the copper lovers there is antique copper (plated with copper).
